Property Manager

We are offering an exciting opportunity in SAN MATEO, California, for a Property Manager to join our team. Situated in the heart of the real estate industry, this role involves managing properties, overseeing rentals, and coordinating with contractors to resolve any property issues.

Responsibilities:

• Manage property operations, ensuring the smooth running of various sites.
• Oversee rental agreements, ensuring they are properly administered and adhered to.
• Coordinate lease negotiations and finalize lease agreements.
• Supervise contractors and ensure timely resolution of property issues.
• Use accounting software systems for financial management and reporting.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Conduct property audits to assess condition and value.
• Utilize AppFolio for streamlined property management tasks.
• Ensure compliance with accrual accounting standards in all financial transactions.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in property management or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• High level of integrity and professionalism
