Currently, we are seeking a warehouse admin as a valuable member of the logistics and
supply chain industry who helps facilitate the storage, packaging, receipt, and delivery of goods.
The Warehouse Admin must achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate order fulfillment, and
track shipping times for millions of product orders every year. The ideal candidate is
exceptionally detail-oriented and able to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations
simultaneously. This individual will be a strong leader who is adaptive at driving change
within a very dynamic business environment and has a proven record of delivering process

efficient results.

Main Tasks:

  • Check the goods and match information before shipping
  • Generate bill of lading (BOL) and check whether the transportation information is correct
  • Have a good sense of the basic information of the goods, such as size and weight
  • Sort and organize goods by weight, size, type, and other characteristics to ensure easier tracking
  • Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in time.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of all goods and products stored in the warehouse

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office apps
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory control practices and logistics
  • Physical strength and the ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Detail-oriented and the ability to think logically
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
