We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Network Administrator based in Orange, Connecticut. This role primarily involves providing technical support, maintaining network infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems within our industry.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance to users, addressing hardware and software issues through various communication channels including phone, chat, email, and support ticketing systems.
Utilize your technical knowledge to install, set up, and assist with the operation of new hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for service or replacement of defective products, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.
Stay updated with technical innovations, trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for the adoption of new software and hardware.
Develop and revise user training manuals and procedures, ensuring all users are equipped with the necessary knowledge to operate our systems.
Provide onsite training as requested, facilitating the efficient use of our systems.
Assist in the implementation of current and future system platforms to ensure our systems are up-to-date.
Maintain network infrastructure, including Active Directory, Azure Directly, O365, Microsoft Teams, etc.
Utilize your skills in Cisco Routers, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Database, Dell Technologies, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments to optimize our systems. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Network Administrator role or similar
Proficiency in working with Cisco Routers and Cisco Technologies
Familiarity with Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies
Experience with Active Directory management
Ability to work with Database systems
Knowledge of Backup Technologies and their implementation
Proficiency in handling Computer Hardware
Experience in Configuration Management
Demonstrated skill in Deployments of network systems and software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
