Shifts: Days | Nights - 40hrs|week (every other weekend)

Recent experience in acute care|sub acute|Long-term a plus
BLS Current
Current PPD (within- 12 months)
Titers|Vaccination- MMR|Varicella|Hep B
Tdap and Flu vaccine current
Short term booked shifts 4- 6 weeks

Pay Rate: $18|hr (local) or $11|hr taxed + $9|hr taxed free (over 50 miles away)
*** Must be 50 miles away from permanent residence to qualify taxed free allowance
