Licensed Practical Nurse (Bilingual English/Spanish LPN)
We are currently recruiting a full-time nurse to join our team in the Bronx, NY.
As an LPN we will turn to your expertise to be our in-house immunizations expert in our ADULT MEDICINE department.Individuals being considered for this role may be invited to attend a special holiday hiring event being held on Wednesday December 11th.
Minimum Qualifications: -High School Diploma required + LPN Training Program.-NYS Licensed Practical Nurse Licensure required.
-Skilled in phlebotomy and EKGs.-All experience levels are welcome to apply, whether this is your first role as a nurse, or you are coming in as a seasoned nurse.-Bilingual English/Spanish is required.-Knowledge/training in electronic health records and Microsoft Office.
Key Duties:-Performs vitals, comprehensive screenings, and assessments (under supervision of RN).-Provides vaccinations and blood draws.-Assists with prepping patients as needed and providing patient education.
- Assists providers during examinations and treatments.
Starting Compensation: Minimum $62,400/annum; Maximum $71,000/annum based on 40 regular hours per week.Work Environment Type, Location, and Schedule:Onsite, Bronx, NY, Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm/with rotating Saturday shift schedule.
