- Postage Machine-Process mail (Daily certified mail, daily white mail, tax letters, Texas certified mail on the 15th of each month, registered mail, warranties)-Daily processing of outbound FedEx and occasional UPS and DHL Outbound Packages (International and domestic)-Document accountable mail (certified mail) in booklet prior to processing Packaging and shipping of limited outbound inventory-Weekly paper replenishment in client facility (Building 12)-Print locally and assemble small print orders each day (Plant 7 packets)-Perform reporting and tracking tasks for Xerox Service Delivery Manager-Work with Clients on shipment and mail processes and reporting needs SKILLS:-Prepare mail and packages for external shipment and coordinate deliveries and pick-ups (FedEx, UPS, USPS and low frequency DHL pickup/delivery)-Focal contact for special/unique mailings and shipments-Record & process accountable mail information, maintain logs-Track, trace, and resolve mail and shipping problems-Follow mailroom security procedures-Perform logging, transmission, receipt and timely distribution of materials and tasks-Monitor/order/replenish supplies inventory, mail and distribution activities-Send and receive e-mail messages-Fully operate, clean and maintain all shipping and mail equipment-Contact service on mail and shipping equipment if need occurs-Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds-High level of attention to detail-Maintain a positive attitude in a team environment-Ability to work in a self-supervised location
