Radiologic Technologist - Radiographer
Location: Queens, NYPay: $60/Hour
Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform X-rays, fluoroscopy, and other radiographic exams as ordered by physicians.
- Ensure proper positioning and alignment for high-quality imaging.
- Operate digital and traditional X-ray machines and fluoroscopes.
- Follow ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure.
- Review images for clarity before submission to radiologists.
- Document procedures and patient information in electronic health records.
- Assist in interventional radiology and trauma cases.
- Educate and comfort patients during imaging procedures.
- Conduct routine quality checks on equipment and report malfunctions.
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and healthcare staff for efficient patient care.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Radiographer.
- Valid NYSDOH Radiologic Technologist License required.
- AHA BLS Certification preferred.
