Receptionist

Robert Half is recruiting for an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist in Chula Vista. This vital role requires an individual with excellent customer service skills to maintain an efficient, well-organized, and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Give a warm welcome to clients and promptly address their queries with professionalism.
• Efficiently handle incoming calls, take messages, or forward calls to the suitable parties.
• Organize and distribute incoming and outgoing mail accurately and timely.
• Ensure the reception area's cleanliness and organization, maintaining a professional office environment.
• Provide support with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating office events.
• Take on administrative duties, such as filing, copying, and preparing documents.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent; additional studies in Office Administration or a relevant field will be advantageous.
2. Prior work experience in an administrative, customer service-focused, or office setting.
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite tools.
4. Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
5. Strong capability to multitask, manage time wisely, and prioritize tasks.
