Payroll/Benefits Specialist
Additionally, you'll manage benefits programs, conduct relevant audits, coordinate enrollment, and liaise with external service providers while adhering to all legal requirements and company policies. ** Bachelors degree, preferred
** 3-5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits
** In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and payroll accounting principles.
** Familiarity with HRIS systems, UKG, ADP, Workday, etc.
** Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
** Strong attention to detail and accuracy, strong written and verbal communication and ability to work independently
** Experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles, huge plus!
