Part-Time Outbound Appointment Setter - Hourly Plus Bonuses

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Appointment Setter to join our team! This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with potential clients over the phone and have a knack for sales. As an appointment setter, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

This is an IN OFFICE position

LOCATION: 8725 Pendery Place, Suite 104, Bradenton, FL 34201 (Conveniently located behind the BJs at UTC, exit 213)

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential clients using warm leads generated by the company to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
• Appointment Scheduling: Secure appointments for the sales team by effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
• Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and scheduled appointments in our CRM system.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls as necessary to ensure leads are nurtured and appointments are confirmed.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone demeanor.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to engage prospects effectively.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to handle and overcome objections based on training tools and scripting objectives.
• Knowledge in customer service, sales, estate planning or the ability to quickly learn.

• Flexible part-time hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 2:30 pm.
• $15 per hour plus bonuses paid weekly
