SIG - Client Operations Associate

Responsibilities:
- Assist Client Operations Manager with new client onboarding, including preparation of BOR letters, client and carrier information collection, and database entry.
- Support internal RFP process: setup folders, prepare checklists and sheets, collect medical risk data, and format census.
- Gather necessary information for team members to create professional client documents (renewal books, financials, proposals).
- Prepare Renewal Decision Checklists and renewal/implementation paperwork for existing and new business.
- Maintain electronic files and ensure proper naming conventions for all renewal paperwork.
- Keep accurate client demographics and contact details in the company database.
- Possess strong interpersonal communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, and understanding of carrier, vendor, and HR interactions.
Qualifications:
- College degree with 2 years of applicable work experience preferred, or
- High School diploma with at least 6 years of applicable work experience.
- Experience in an administrative/operational environment preferred.
- Previous work experience in the healthcare industry preferred.

Salary range is $60K to $65K per year.
