Job Opportunity: Property Accounting Manager Location: Washington, DC Compensation: $120,000–$130,000 base salary + 15% bonus potential Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities- Assist in the budget process
- Manage a portfolio of commerical properties while managing a team of 2 Property Accountants
- Review financial statements
- Review Form 10-K and Form 10-Q
- Assist with audit and SOX program
- Purchase price allocations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA preferred6+ years of commerical Property Accounting experience
Experience managing a team
