Facility Maintenance (Industrial Machine Shop)

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems (electrical, plumbing, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment
- Ensure the facility meets safety and health requirements
- Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
- Oversee contractors when repairs are outsourced
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Assist in setting up for company events and rearranging furniture as necessary
- Ensure compliance with state and local building regulations
- Perform, painting, and other general repairs
- Work with a team to identify potential facility improvements
