Accounting Clerk - Minneapolis

This position will also involve monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
• Maintain precise records related to customer credit
• Address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
• Conduct regular monitoring and management of customer accounts
• Ensure accuracy in daily order entries and vendor invoicing
• Provide support for project management activities
• Handle account discrepancies and rectify them promptly
• Conduct account reconciliation tasks as required
• Handle responsibilities related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Manage data entry tasks and invoice processing efficiently. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the Wholesale Distribution industry.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Demonstrated ability in Data Entry and Order Entry.
• Experience with Invoice Processing.
• Capable of identifying and resolving Account Discrepancies.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
