Receptionist

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in the construction/contractor industry. This position is located in Cottage Grove, Minnesota and requires onsite attendance.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome potential clients upon their arrival at the model site
• Handle queries relating to availability and direct them to the relevant representatives
• Distribute flyers and floor plans to potential clients, without discussing financial details
• Maintain a detail oriented demeanor and provide excellent customer service
• Manage downtime effectively and maintain a neat and organized workspace
• Ensure security by responsibly handling keys and access codes
• Act as a point of contact for clients and representatives, demonstrating excellent communication skills
• Show interest and basic understanding of real estate operations, although not a strict requirement. • Proven experience in Receptionist Duties within the construction/contractor industry
• Strong skills in Customer Service, with an ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using office equipment such as fax machines, printers, and photocopiers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Availability to work during standard business hours, with occasional overtime as necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required
• Knowledge of construction industry terminology would be advantageous.
