**This position is an on-site role based out of our Washington, DC. office**
About you
You are an experienced professional looking to take the next step of your career in commercial real estate! Your background includes delivering exceptional sales support to internal and external clients. In this position, you will be supporting marketing, operational duties, and transactional management with a high level of business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit which means YOU will be an integral part of the teams success.
In this role, you will
Help oversee the teams transactions, tracking critical dates and regularly updating clients and colleagues
Assist team members and clients in preparing lease offers to government agencies.
Bring a great attitude in learning the business and local marketplace by attending local business and industry events, networking, and participating in client meetings
Process executed lease/amendment paperwork, collect pertinent documentation, sending tenant/property eblasts, create market surveys, , schedule tenant tours, etc.
Run a comprehensive database of government properties and leases.
Provide administrative support through database management and CRM maintenance to include invoicing, financial tracking, and reporting.
Create a variety of presentation materials while also coordinating business content for proposals and ad hoc research projects.
What youll bring
Bachelors degree from an accredited 4-year college or university.
At least 1-3 years of sales or administrative experience in a professional environment (preferably real estate, sales, legal, architectural, construction or related)
Commercial real estate experience or government knowledge is an asset
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) experience preferred
High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
High level of initiative and excellent communications skills, both oral and written
Approximate Hourly Range for Role: $23.00/hr to $31.25/hr
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year.
12 weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.
Bonus (of applicable for role)This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
