Description:

Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the Transaction Processing Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of staff processing consumer information for the state of Connecticut's Husky program.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accountability and responsibility for ensuring performance meets service required
• level agreements.
• Ensuring appropriate reporting metrics.
• Monitoring staff performance, including productivity, quality, and attendance.
• Assisting staff with cases needing immediate assistance.
• Assuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Helping to identify and resolve issues and barriers within processes.
• Writing and developing policies and procedures, as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Have college degree and two years' supervisor experience in government service to
• consumers, preferably related to eligibility in health and human services.
• Possess ability to communicate effectively through clear, concise written documentation,
• verbal presentations, and interviews.
• Have proficiency with standard software and systems.
• Ability to solve problems through analysis and ongoing feedback.
• Show ability to achieve results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment.
• Demonstrate ability to lead, motivate and develop staff.
• Can work onsite with some evening and weekend hours. And some weekend hours.
