Job Summary
An elite women's imaging company is seeking a Human Resources Assistant for our corporate office in Alpharetta. This is a full-time, in-office position. The HR Assistant will assist the HR Generalist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee inquiries.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
An elite women's imaging company is seeking a Human Resources Assistant for our corporate office in Alpharetta. This is a full-time, in-office position. The HR Assistant will assist the HR Generalist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee inquiries.
Experience with an HRIS platform will be helpful. This position is fast paced and requires organizational skills and professional etiquette.
Responsibilities- Recruiting for open positions utilizing Indeed and other job boards
- Phone screen candidates for open positions
- Complete the onboarding cycle
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Assists with and assigns training modules for all staff
- Assist in strategic planning for HR initiatives
- High School graduate
- 1-2 years of Recruiting experience
- 1 year Medical Office experience
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management
- Familiarity with HR processes including employee onboarding and recruitment
- Proficiency in using HR software such as Paylocity, ADP, and Mineral
- Knowledge of succession planning and talent acquisition practices
- Proficient with Excel, TEAMS, Share Point
