Bilingual Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Administrative Assistant who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a broad range of administrative tasks while providing support to our management team.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Interpreting documents and communications in both English and Spanish.
- Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Manage and route phone calls appropriately.
- Translate business correspondence and assist in the development of bilingual materials.
- Maintain and manage inventory of office supplies; order new supplies as needed.
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on various projects and assignments.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Provide general support to visitors and employees.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- High School Diploma required; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Secretary will be a plus.
