Job Description- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Lead the recruitment process including job postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
- Oversee benefits administration and payroll processes.
- Conduct performance management processes and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Participate in professional development and educational opportunities to stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Human Resources Generalist should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in a generalist role within the Business Services industry.
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using HR software and computer applications.
- An annual salary range between $65,000 - $85,000.
