Job Description
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead the recruitment process including job postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
  • Oversee benefits administration and payroll processes.
  • Conduct performance management processes and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Participate in professional development and educational opportunities to stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Human Resources Generalist should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in a generalist role within the Business Services industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and computer applications.
