Responsibilities- Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, or chat messages from customers with a focus on providing excellent service.
- Identify and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring the customer’s concerns are addressed and solutions are provided in a timely manner.
- Offer accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures. Assist customers in understanding their options.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and completing transactions accurately.
- Record details of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken. Maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on customer inquiries or issues that require further action, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction
