Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist/ Invoice Manager to join our team in Chevy Chase, MD as soon as possible.

• You are responsible for the independent processing of the order-to-invoice-process.
• You process intercompany invoices in a corporate environment.
• You will be involved in the coordination and implementation of internationally standardized processes.
• You liaise with team members from other office locations to work on international projects.
• You oversee the daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
• You ensure professional customer communication.

• You have degree in accounting or a comparable qualification.
• You have work experience in a commercial environment and knowledge of business administration.
• You have experience in office management, including facilities management, procurement, and administrative support.
• You are characterized by an organized, solution-oriented way of working and quick comprehension.
• You are proactive and prefer to complete tasks today rather than tomorrow.
• You are communicative, enjoy challenges and working in an international environment.
