Position Title: Nurse Supervisor (Emergency Room)

Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop programs to enhance patient care and employee performance.
- Monitor patient care performance, assess units with nurse managers, and assist with corrective actions.
- Develop record-keeping systems to track medication errors and counseling efforts.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Education: BSN required; Master's degree preferred.
- Licenses:
- RN License (Primary Source Verification required)
- BLS (AHA)
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience in emergency services administration.
- Proven ability to implement and oversee patient care improvement initiatives.
