Business Development Manager - Peak Performance
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
Job Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster business growth and customer retention
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of products and services
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases for prospective clients
- Negotiate contract terms and close agreements to maximize revenue
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to adjust strategies and tactics as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and client relationship management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office
