General purpose: Local United States Flag manufacturing company in Gilbertsville is looking for employees to produce a high-quality product using sewing, cutting, grommet, and labeling equipment. Perform related tasks as required.

Position responsibilities:

• Operate sewing and grommet machine to perform a variety of tasks including short joining, long joining, fly hemming, banding, and grommeting.
• Read and interpret sewing information from the work order.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Keep work area clean and free from debris, trash, and clutter.
• Work in a safe manner, following all safety procedures and requirements.
• Work cooperatively with members of other departments to solve quality and /or productivity and ensure a quality product is delivered on time.
• Provide timely feedback on issues that affect safety, quality, or productivity.
• Must be a team player
• Read and follow schedule.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gilbertsville, PA 19525: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
