Wanted: Lead Drainage Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Drainage Engineer to join a growing division focused on innovative transportation projects. This role involves leading drainage design, mentoring team members, and contributing to impactful projects that shape communities.

Key Responsibilities

**Act as Engineer-of-Record (EOR) for drainage design on transportation projects.

**Oversee tasks and projects from design to construction, coordinating with clients, discipline leaders, and subconsultants.

**Lead drainage design efforts, including stormwater management systems, pipe hydraulics, and hydraulic modeling.

**Mentor junior engineers, provide training opportunities, and address knowledge gaps within the team.

**Ensure quality control and provide technical guidance for team deliverables.

**Support business development by preparing proposals, attending presentations, and building client relationships.
