Responsibilities
  • Guide field crew of technicians, supervise installations, communicate with trades, GCs, project engineers
  • Perform testing and start-ups
  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
  • Troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and provide effective solutions.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
Requirements
  • OSHA, SST Card, G-60, F-60
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in HVAC preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Valid HVAC EPA certification and relevant licenses.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work on-call and flexible hours as needed.
