Systems Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Enhance and maintain Azure/Intune environments to ensure smooth operations.
• Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and sharing expertise.
• Develop and improve internal knowledge within Azure/Intune environments.
• Utilize Cloud Technologies and Backup Technologies to manage and safeguard data.
• Handle Firewall Technologies, specifically Fortinet Firewalls, to protect network integrity.
• Utilize Active Directory to manage network users and resources.
• Use Microsoft Azure to build, deploy, and manage applications.
• Leverage Intune and OneDrive for mobile device and cloud storage management.
• Use Microsoft 365 Enterprise to enhance productivity and collaboration.
• Handle Computer Hardware issues, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies, Firewall Technologies (Fortinet), and Active Directory is necessary.
• Experience with Backup Technologies and Computer Hardware is mandatory.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Fortinet Firewalls, and Intune is required.
• Familiarity with OneDrive and Microsoft 365 Enterprise would be an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and network maintenance.
• Certification in Microsoft, Cisco, or similar technologies would be a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-stress situations.
• Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery.
• Availability to respond to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis.
• Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl, or other language.
