The ideal candidate is self-driven, capable of working with minimal supervision, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, process, and execute all development tasks efficiently and independently.
• Design and develop solutions using modern frameworks and tools.
• Conduct analysis and technical planning for various projects.
• Recommend and implement software reusability guidelines.
• Mentor peers and junior developers through verbal instruction and technical documentation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including business/functional flow diagrams and test methods.
• Perform system testing and create corresponding documentation.
• Develop and implement HTML reports, SQL queries, and other lower-level project tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: 4-year college degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in solutions design, project planning, analysis, testing, and implementation.
• Proficiency in enterprise-level software development.
• Experience in Node.js, Azure Pipelines, React, Redux, Redis, Axios, .NET Core (6 to 8), ASP.NET, and C#.
• Strong skills in SQL Server development, including procedures, functions, tables, and views.
• Familiarity with manual QA testing processes.
• Development Tools:
• Proficient in GIT, GitHub, JavaScript, JSON, APIs, and Azure development.
• Database: Microsoft SQL Server expertise is required.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with enterprise data modeling.
• Familiarity with diagramming tools such as MS Visio or similar.
• Knowledge of system testing and version control processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with additional development tools and languages.
• Proficiency in creating formal mentorship activities.
