Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bilingual Spanish Receptionist to provide support with various administrative tasks at our company. The receptionist's roles include greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, and guiding clients through our organization.A significant part of the job will also involve translating materials or conversations from English to Spanish and vice versa.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person, via phone/email, or translate for other team members
- Handle confidential information professionally and discretely
- Translate materials from English to Spanish or vice versa, ensuring the essence of the original message is preserved
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages, written and verbal
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
