Our client is a well-established contractor in Norwalk, CT, specializing in Mechanical projects and is dedicated to delivering exceptional MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) solutions across Central and Southern Connecticut. They are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of mechanical projects and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Manage and supervise daily on-site operations for mechanical projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and crews to ensure smooth workflows and timely completion.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to design standards.
• Resolve on-site challenges and adapt plans as needed to maintain project momentum.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, including daily logs and reports.
• Foster a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment on-site.

• 5+ years of experience in MEP construction, with a focus on mechanical systems.
• Proven leadership experience as a Superintendent or similar role.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction methods, and safety regulations.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
• Familiarity with building codes and compliance requirements in Connecticut.
