Contracts Administrator

This position requires on-site work in Mountain View, CA and ideally 3-5+ years of experience in contract administration; prior experience in the tech industry and working with Ironclad is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Triage high volume of incoming client contracts, ensuring they are processed in a timely manner.
• Utilize Ironclad to add and update digital signatures on contracts.
• Maintain and update client contract details in the database.
• Ensure all contracts are in compliance with legal and company regulations.
• Manage the organization and storage of contracts in the database.
• Handle amendments and modifications to legal contracts as necessary.
• Review Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Contracts Administrator or in a similar role
• Prior experience in the tech industry supporting sales contracts is preferred
• Strong technology skills; prior experience using a CLM tool or Ironclad is highly preferred
• Familiarity with digital signature technology, ensuring secure and efficient contract signing processes
