Holiday Inn Express in Bloomsburg, PA is seeking a Front Desk Representative to join its dynamic team!

Responsibilities

Process guest check-in/out, including collecting payment
Provide information about hotel policies, services, and amenities
Respond to guest needs, special requests, and complaints; alert the appropriate manager to potential issues as needed
Assist other team members in various assignments including operating the courtesy van and/or assisting with breakfast, laundry, or housekeeping duties
Maintain and clean the lobby and bathroom as neede

Requirements

Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time.
Friendly and personable attitude to provide exceptional service to guests and co-workers.
Flexible availability, including weekend availability, may be required.
