As the Staff Accountant, you will:
- Process full cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Manage customer billing and collections.
- Regularly reconcile bank accounts, general ledger, and credit cards.
- Assist the Accounting team in the month end close and preparing financial statements and monthly management reports.
- Use your QuickBooks and strong Excel skills to prepare financial analysis and special projects
Seeking a Staff Accountant with hands on QuickBooks processing experience, a strong understanding of debits and credit and some accounting experience.
