As a Tax Preparer, your crucial role will be to manage customer queries, maintain precise customer records, and process customer applications. This role will also involve monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.
Responsibilities- Accurately and efficiently process customer tax applications using accounting software systems
- Maintain precise records of customer tax data
- Resolve customer inquiries related to tax preparation and deductions
- Use ADP - Financial Services to monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
- Utilize CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax for various accounting functions
- Ensure accurate data entry of customer details and tax information
- Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions
- Manage allowances and deductions in customer tax records
- Employ Drake Tax Software for tax preparation and related tasks. • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tax Preparer
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
- Experience with CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax
- Knowledge of Drake Tax Software
- Ability to perform Accounting Functions effectively
- Understanding of Allowances in tax preparation
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent Data Entry skills
- Understanding of tax Deductibles
