Your Impact
GTM Coordination: Act as the primary contact for global and regional GTM partners, facilitating communication and alignment.
Collaborate with cross-functional department heads (merchandising & planning, commercial, marketing) to develop and implement the China GTM calendar.
Milestone Management: Assist the merchandising team in consolidating every milestone deliverable.
Ensure smooth information flow and timely reception by all relevant departments.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with marketing, wholesale, visual merchandising (VM), and administration teams to coordinate tradeshow preparations.
Manage sample arrangements and share deliverables with internal and external franchise partners.
Data Master: Serve as the bridge between merchandising and planning, leading junior teammates in generating regular sales reports.
Be the gatekeeper of category department to make sure data, format, content are consistent and synchronized between categories and user-friendly to receivers.Qualifications
