Program Support Specialist
They provide a variety of services and programs to help people live the lives they envision. In this position, you would be playing a critical role in customer support by providing education, and guidance to consumers.
Location: West Nyack, NY (on-site)Shift: 8 AM – 4 PM OR 9 AM – 5 PM
Pay Rate: $19 hr. (Weekly Paycheck)

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Caseload Management: Manage a large caseload of consumers, providing tailored support to each and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Consumer Support and Education: Provide person-centered, need-based program education and guidance to consumers and their authorized representatives about the offered programs.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with consumers and personal assistants to ensure a positive and successful experience for both parties.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure proper and timely completion of all required documentation for consumer enrollment and ongoing program participation.
- Customer Service: Respond to inquiries and resolve questions and concerns in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
- Program Knowledge: Continuously learn and stay updated on program policies and procedures to effectively address customer service inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Services or Customer Service.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software applications as needed.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to confidentiality, ethics, empathy, and agency standards of conduct.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
