Job Description

Enforce site safety plans and compliance with OSHA, NYCDOB, and FDNY regulations.
Coordinate trades, track manpower, and ensure correct materials are on-site.
Maintain project schedules, review change orders, and assist in closeout.
Conduct quality inspections, manage permits, and track non-compliance resolutions.
Lead meetings and communicate effectively with project teams and specialty partners.

The Successful Applicant

Experienced Superintendent on multiple healthcare construction projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage site logistics.
Knowledge of Local Law 196, LEED material requirements, and NYC construction regulations.
Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced in overseeing trade-specific work.
OSHA Certified
DOB Certified
