Adecco is searching for a Commercial Education Manager in Andover! This is a Temp to Perm Opportunity on 1st shift.
Hours: 8:30AM-5:30PM, Monday-Friday
Pay: $50+ DOE
Position Summary:
The Manager of Commercial Education holds the key responsibility of spearheading the strategic planning, implementation, and return on investment assessment of key educational initiatives. This pivotal role involves overseeing the anticipation of educational needs, organizing events and training sessions, designing courses, and sourcing appropriate speakers.Seamless execution of these programs is central, necessitating close collaboration with speakers, as well as cross-functional coordination with the Edu operations team, sales personnel, and internal stakeholders.
Moreover, the incumbent is entrusted with nurturing symbiotic educational partnerships throughout the North American (NAM) region. Serving as a strategic consultant to educational collaborators, they actively seek out opportunities for collaborative ventures that yield mutual advantages, leveraging their extensive experience in the dental field.This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Medical Education.
Responsibilities- Develops strategic plan for customer education in North America and works collaboratively with leadership to ensure alignment.
- Identifies portfolio gaps and develops strategy to address them.
- Communicates strategy and opportunities to the sales force through frequent updates including virtual and in person presentations.
- Support curriculum development. Work with clinicians from different backgrounds and specialties to facilitate the proper use of the Straumann products and services.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Internal Training to develop course tools.
- Collaborates with Education Operations and Marketing Communications Department on development of timeline of promotional materials for educational programming.
- Develop, manage, and reconcile budgets within the designated area of responsibility.
- Serve as a bridge between our education partners and marketing/sales teams.
- Formulate comprehensive, strategic, and measurable business plans for each education program, leveraging input and guidance from Regional Sales Directors and Territory Managers within the Region.
- Assist in executing marketing launch plans and achieving new product sales targets.
- Attends education events, tradeshows and sales meetings as necessary.
- Support the execution of all marketing launch plans and new product sales objectives.
- Maintain education-related activities in CRM systems and possess other requisite administrative skills.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and deliver presentations to both the sales team and C-Suite executives.
- Oversee strategic project implementation within the department, aligning with business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Education Programming standards under relevant dental board accreditations, including AGD PACE regulations.
- Ensuring the development of national education programs that align with customer needs.
- Collecting feedback from customer support, marketing, and development teams regarding customer education requirements and preferences.
- Reviewing evaluations, generating reports, and providing analytics to furnish organizational and speaker feedback for continual enhancement of education offerings.
- Guaranteeing the creation of education programs that optimize customer satisfaction, measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Monitoring and evaluating the return on investment (ROI) for education courses and implementing enhancements where opportunities for improvement are identified.
- Responsible for ROI reporting to Sales Management and the Director of Education.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a sales or marketing position in medical device industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting training and education initiatives, including developing curriculum
- Experience with strategic account management

- Proven track record in crafting training and educational events within the dental sector
- Demonstrated aptitude in fostering growth strategies for both the organization and clientele
- Proficiency showcased in negotiating contracts effectively
- Collaborative nature and adept at building consensus, driving results, and negotiating resolutions positively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Skillful in multitasking and thriving under deadline constraints
- Proficient in computer operations, particularly in the Microsoft Office Suite
Physical Attributes:
- General office environment, with ability to hybrid 2 days remotely.
- Up to 20% domestic and international travel required

Pay Details: $50.48 to $55.29 per hour
