What You’ll Do:

As the Area Director of De Novo Operations - Scale, you’ll guide newly opened centers through the critical scaling phase, ensuring operational readiness, team cohesion, and a culture of accountability. You will lead and support leadership teams, oversee operations, and collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and maximize enrollment.

You will report to the Vice President of Operations and be responsible with supervising Area Operations Managers, Center Admins, and Assistant Center Admins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transition newly opened centers into the standard regional structure after 12 months.
  • Hire, train, and mentor Area Operations Managers (AOMs), Center Administrators (CAs), and Assistant Center Administrators (ACAs).
  • Build leadership capacity by providing direct coaching, fostering a culture of collaboration, and preparing teams for long-term success.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to align operational support with clinical goals.
  • Manage center operations, focusing on client census, billable hours, productivity, and team engagement.
  • Oversee performance management, conduct reviews, and address employee concerns proactively.
  • Drive alignment with company mission, vision, and values in all aspects of leadership and operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1-3 years in multisite management, preferably in a role such as Area Operations Manager.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities to manage multiple projects.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex situations and deliver results.
  • Familiarity with P&L management, AR/AP processes, billing disputes, and collections (preferred).
  • Attributes:
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative.
  • A commitment to fostering a culture of care, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Travel: Flexibility to travel a minimum of 75% overnight as needed.
