Winter Haven - Occupational Therapist (PRN)
As a PRN Occupational Therapist, your flexible schedule will allow you to make a significant impact on our patients' lives as needed.
Responsibilities- Perform evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their needs and capabilities.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address patient goals and objectives.
- Provide therapy interventions that promote independence and functional mobility.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and caregivers about therapeutic techniques and resources available for support.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in care team meetings and contribute to discussions regarding patient care and outcomes.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Florida.
- Prior experience in home health care or related field preferred.
- Ability to work on a PRN basis with flexibility in scheduling.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
