A leading acute care hospital located in southern New Hampshire is now seeking an experienced Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join their award-winning healthcare organization.

This full-service acute care hospital is home to more than 150 licensed beds and provides a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient services including emergency and critical care, cardiovascular, surgical services, women's health, and much more.

Reporting to the Radiology Director and Vascular Lab Supervisor, the Diagnostic Medical Sonographer will independently perform invasive and ultrasound procedures. Essential duties include consulting with radiologists and referring physicians, providing technical support, interprets diagnostic imaging results, manages patient scheduling, ensures accurate and up to date patient files, assists with billing procedures, implements and maintains quality control initiatives, and participates in professional development activities.

What’s Needed to Succeed:

  • Graduate of an approved AMA school of Radiologic Technology
  • Current ARDMS certification highly desirable, not required
  • Prior working experience in an acute care setting
