Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction, motivation, and performance management to our Business Development Associates on a daily basis
  • Develop, implement, and continuously enhance comprehensive training programs that focus on sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise specific to the financial services sector
  • Utilize key performance indicators, call metrics, and sales data to assess team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to boost conversion rates and revenue growth
  • Offer hands-on coaching to improve call effectiveness, objection handling, and relationship-building techniques, ensuring a consultative sales approach that aligns with our core values
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline call center processes, enhance CRM utilization, and optimize lead management workflows
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align business development strategies with company goals, marketing initiatives, and client acquisition objectives
  • Drive sales growth through effective team leadership and coaching
  • Leverage your understanding of financial services, broker-dealer transitions, and the language of financial advisors to benefit our operations
  • Use your proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and call center technologies to support our sales processes.

The ideal Director of Sales candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Other requirements for the Director of Sales position include and are not limited to:

  • 5+ years of experience managing high-volume sales teams in a call center environment, with a strong preference for candidates with financial services experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and call center technologies
  • Proven success in driving sales growth through effective team leadership and coaching.
  • Strong understanding of financial services, broker-dealer transitions, and the language of financial advisors is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
