• Analyze financial data to support decision-making processes, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and clarity in communication.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather data and assess financial performance, contributing to budget planning and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate new business opportunities and assess potential risks.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic goals.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for leadership meetings, summarizing financial results and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements based on analytical findings.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least five years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
