Responsibilities- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and logistics.
- Analyze and forecast supply chain trends and demand to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
- Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality service.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues, such as delays or disruptions, to minimize impact on business operations.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in supply chain management.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
