Data Collector - San Francisco

The job is set in a dynamic environment that requires the ability to stand for extended periods and adapt to periods of downtime.

Responsibilities:

• Test the mechanical gripping device by lifting household items
• Provide constructive feedback to the engineering team based on the testing results
• Manage periods of downtime effectively while engineers reprogram the device
• Assist in administrative tasks and customer service when required
• Maintain accurate records of the tests performed and their results
• Perform data entry tasks related to the tests and their outcomes
• Enter orders into the system based on the tests and their results
• Contribute to the product development process through active participation and feedback.

• Demonstrated experience in Administrative Assistance, showcasing high levels of organization and attention to detail.
• Robust customer service skills, capable of addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inputting information into databases.
• Experience in order entry, capable of processing and tracking orders promptly.
• Excellent computer literacy, with a strong command over office productivity software and data management software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with an analytical mindset.
