Job Description

My client is seeking a seasoned Pre-Construction Manager to oversee K-12 renovation and ground up projects!
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and time lines.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project-related expenses.
  • Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to provide accurate cost assessments.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the project.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project feasibility.
  • Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

The Successful Applicant
  • 5+ years experience commercial construction with a General Contractor
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field is highly preferred
  • Prior experience in K-12 projects
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and compliance
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Assertive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work
