Job Description
My client is seeking a seasoned Pre-Construction Manager to oversee K-12 renovation and ground up projects!- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and time lines.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project-related expenses.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to provide accurate cost assessments.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the project.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project feasibility.
- Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years experience commercial construction with a General Contractor
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field is highly preferred
- Prior experience in K-12 projects
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and compliance
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
