Accounting Manager

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Manager in LYON STATION, Pennsylvania. As an Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our accounting functions, using different software systems, ensuring compliance with financial services regulations, and maintaining efficient billing functions.

• Manage and oversee the entire accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Implement and handle Accounting Software Systems for efficient financial management
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for payroll processing and other related activities
• Use BlackLine software for financial close management and accounting automation
• Implement and manage Concur for travel and expense management
• Employ ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for business process management
• Conduct regular auditing to ensure financial compliance and accuracy
• Manage and oversee billing functions to ensure timely and accurate billing
• Resolve financial discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 5+ years accounting experience
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential.
• Familiarity with BlackLine is expected.
• Proficiency in using Concur is necessary.
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must.
• Ability to handle all accounting functions is mandatory.
• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.
• Ability to manage billing functions is essential.
