Responsibilities:
- Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
- Reconcile financial accounts such as bank statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial accounts.
- Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
- Work closely with operations and the sales department on new project investment, analysis and capital allocation.
- Operational compliance duties.
- Participate in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ad hoc projects that relate to process improvement and operational expansion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with month end close procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with various departments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
