Position Summary:
Demonstrates through clinical practice a clear understanding ofsterile technique and has a working knowledge of the specialized instrumentation and equipment required for a variety of special procedures.
Qualifications:
Education/Training: High school graduate or equivalent.Successful completion of:
- Surgical Technology training program; or
- Orlando Health training program
Licensure/Certification: Maintains current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification.
Experience:Two (2) yearssurgical tech experience. (CST certification may substitute for the two (2) years ofsurgical tech experience)
